I make apps, test accessibility, and mess around with AI. Chief Operations Officer at Techopolis.
What I Do
For work, I'm the Chief Operations Officer at Techopolis. We're a small startup that builds apps for Apple platforms using the latest on-device AI technology. I help make the apps and keep the business running.
Fun fact. I was born blind. I test all of our stuff at Techopolis for accessibility, and I do the same for other teams who want to make sure their products actually work for people.
I also write about the industry on my Substack. App Store review, vibe coding, accessibility, and whatever else is on my mind. I don't sugarcoat things.
I also do speaking gigs. I love talking about accessibility, app development, AI, and more. Here is a sample talk I did with Microsoft Reactor (opens in new tab).
Work With Me
I'm opening up a few spots for accessibility and usability testing over the next four weeks.
Here's the deal. Traditional accessibility audits can cost thousands of dollars. That's great if you're a big company with a big budget. But if you're an indie developer, a small startup, or someone who just wants to know if their product actually works for real people, that's not realistic.
So I'm offering something different. We hop on a Zoom call. I go through whatever you've built and I tell you what's working and what's not.
Sessions are one hour. The introductory rate is $50 for the next month, normally $80. For most small companies and indie developers, this is way more useful than a formal audit and a fraction of the cost.
I've been doing this for over eight years. And half the time, when you fix the accessibility issue, you end up fixing it for everyone.
I only take a handful of these at a time, so if you're interested, reach out and we'll get something scheduled.
I also take on other types of accessibility projects on request. If you have something specific in mind, let me know.
Use the contact form below to tell me what you need. If it's a session or project request, I'll look it over and reach out if it's a fit.
Contact
One form, no guessing. Pick what you need, tell me what you want me to look at, and I'll take it from there.
